Fray Black Pencil and Ruffled Stretch Skirt

Meant to be used a little below the waist line. It fits tight to the body. Looks great with boots. It has a shiny look. 32” waist, 24.5” long. Invisible side zipper. Overall good condition, smal bump on the back from sitting down. Please see photo, it’s almost imperceptible.
