The dress is made by Fred Perry and is a UK size 12 and a US size 8. The dress is roomy enough that could accommodate a US 10. Please take note of the measurements: from the top of the shoulders to the bottom hem are 39" long and across the bust from under arm to arm at 25" wide. Made of 54% polyester and 46% cotton with a small ruffled detail at the bottom of the dress that is 100% polyester for ease in wash and wear.
