Fred Rothschild vintage 70s cream orange shirt dress womens size small based on measurements.  There are no size or Fabric labels.  Pit to pit 15"shoulder to hem 38"across hips 20.5"sleeve length approx 22.5" Features front button closure.  Missing the bottom button (see picture).  Button cuffs, polyester knit and vintage 70s.   Does not come with belt.
