Frederic’s Collection patten heels

Frederic’s Collection 4.5 inch open toe heels. I’m told they are brand new and they surely look it. I see some glue marks on the inside that is not seen when worn. Also I show a shot of the heel that again looks like glue. Permanent marker will fix it if it bothers you but barely noticeable. Extra two heels included too.
