darling_shop The color was listed incorrect in the listing but the NWT shirt had the correct color of the shirt on the tag. This was my mistake. I will happily take the shirt back and refund you so that you can purchase the shirt that you wanted. I ask for some grace as I wait until Poshmark can help me to do this. I am sorry for my mistake and that you are unhappy. I don’t want you to have a shirt that you did not want. I am sure they will direct me soon and I will get you a return label immediately.

kaseyh92 Give her some grace. If you accepted the order you just have to be patient that Poshmark resolves the matter. If you weren’t happy, you should’ve never accepted the order and opened a case and it could’ve been resolved differently. Put yourself in her shoes: how would you feel if someone was acting this way to you? @csedita5808

meltron3030 @csedita5808 you are way out of line here… You need to first allow Poshmark to respond on the actual sale and secondly, she actually has the correct description in the listing as well as the color tags a simple Google search of the OB number on the tag along with Spanish Olive will show you the exact shirt with the exact colors in the photos… how could she possibly be held responsible for an item being incorrectly tagged by the retailer? No one likes it bully.

darling_shop @csedita5808 the shirt I had listed was in Spanish Olive and the pictures are of Spanish Olive which is the shirt I sent you. I did not have another shirt and I did not list it for $45. I believe that you are looking at somebody else’s listing with a used shirt for sale. I will happily refund your money and take the shirt back. Please let’s wait for Poshmark support to assist and guide with this process.

darling_shop The tag from the store is incorrect. The shirt is Spanish Olive. It was mistagged at the store. That is why the tag is marked with a black marker. The pictures of the shirt are Spanish Olive and the shirt I sent is Spanish Olive. It is green and purple. Brown Motif is brown. This shirt is not brown.

meltron3030 @csedita5808 Im MELTRON3030!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 She never had this item listed used that was probably someone else’s listing you were looking at…obviously don’t know how the app works. Anyone can sell a few items here sweetheart. I think you have a case of buyers remorse and are looking to get a $20 discount on a technicality of a mislabeled retail tag. I have purchased many times from this seller and everything was always perfect!

Posh support will sort it out. Let them. if you don’t want people making public comments to you then don’t make comments like you did on a public listing. You came here harassing and threatening a seller. YOU DID THAT. which means we can come here and defend this seller if we want to.
