HEMMED to length!! My grandmother hemmed this dress for me I want to make that very clear but she did a great job and it was a such a hit at the wedding. It is not 39” from the top of the fabric that goes across the chest to the hem. I am 5’1” and I included pictures showing its length on me. Amazing for a hot summer wedding.
