Gorgeous rusty orange and black velvet skirt from Free People. I liked this so much I bought it twice in different sizes! Sadly however after wearing this twice I must admit defeat - it still doesn’t fit me quite right. This is a size 2 and I’d say true to size. In perfect condition.
