theartoffalling @tjaugust good morning! It might fit! The material is actually pretty soft and stretchy. Laid down flat, the elastic under the bust measures 10”, but stretches out almost twice that. It’s 20” in the hip area and 21” long from the elastic under the bust to the bottom. I brought the dress to work with me in case you wanted to purchase it, I can ship it today :)
