Free People Bella Smocked Mini Dress

I’ve worn this dress a dozen times, great condition still. I’ve worn it at my heavier size and smaller now, and it fits great at both so a small or medium could enjoy this piece as it has stretch in the smocked design. Note it is short in length, a true mini dress. Tiny flowers and tie shoulders are cute features!
