Free People Black Dress XS

Free People dress purchased at Bloomingdales around 2007. Worn only a few times as a teen, in great condition. Entire dress is black, has some lace up top, ribbed fabric, and double layer on the bottom. Quite warm for a summery dress. The straps have been adjusted to be shorter but can easily be reverted back to the original. Please feel free to reach out with any questions
