Free People Blue Floral Long Flowy High Neck Tie Top

We the Free top. V cut out in front and back. Ties around the neck. Three shades of blue with yellow/gold floral design in front and back. I’m 5’2 and wore as a dress. Looks cute with jeans and jean shorts. Good to layer over a long sleeve in winter too. Great condition, wore twice. Size XS but could fit S or M depending on how you’d like it to fit!
