Free People Blue Floral Miniskirt

This miniskirt from Free People is tiered with an outer layer that's patterned with black and gray flowers on a background of royal blue. I am 99% sure the pattern is black, anyway-- I included a random photo with a black comb handle for the sake of comparison. That outer shell is 85% Cotton/15% Linen. It's lined with a midtone gray cotton layer that has some embroidered flowers and grommets where the fabric hangs past the top layer. The care instructions say to hand wash cold and line dry. I wore it at my natural waist or a little below and it was slightly fitted through the hip before flaring out around the thigh. See the photos for measurements. The condition is pretty good. I did spy a few stray threads amongst the gray embroidery, but nothing major. There also looks to be a little frayed thread by the bottom of the side zip, which is pictured but not a hole or anything. There might be some fading to the blue fabric, but I think it had that sort of aesthetic at the time I bought it. Otherwise, it's in good condition with just normal signs of wear.
