Beautiful dress by Free People. The dress is a dark blue velvet with stunning sequined detail, on both the front and back. Pics do NOT do it justice!! It has a side button closure on the neck. It is a trapeze style shape with large arm openings. Size Small Measurements: Neck: 17” Bust: 44” (meant to be fit loosely) Arm openings: 13” from neck to bottom Length: 32.5” All clothing from my closet has been washed or dry-cleaned, unless it is new with tags and is coming from a smoke free/pet friendly home. 🐶 🐱
