Free People Blue White Print Flowy Dress

Pre-owned in great condition! Only worn less than a handful of times! I love the print and casual shape of this dress. Pleated in the front. Fun tassel tie in the front. Raw hemline. Please note that there may have been a slip that came with this dress but I no longe have it. Also there is a small mark on one of the sleeves (refer to pic). Such a beautiful spring/summer dress! Oversize fit.
