Free People Bright Lights Mini Skirt

Basically brand new, I only wore this skirt once! it is a size 0, the length is about 14.5 inches. I would say it wears mid-high rise. There is a zipper on the side with a clasp at the top. This skirt is so beautifully detailed, it def needs a good home!
