Free People Button-Down Necktie Pleated Blouse (XS)

Free People Neck Tie Pleated Blouse Shirt This cute blouse can be dressed up or down. It is a bit see-through, so I recommend a nude tank top underneath. The collar has a loop for the necktie to go through. Fabric feels like cotton, but I can’t find a label that says the exact fabric for sure. I’d wash in cold water and dry on a low setting. Lightly used. No visible signs of wear minus one dot of discoloration on the back (see last pic).
