Free People Ceci Smoked Maxi Off the Shoulder Dress Elastic Corset Boho Size XS.

A great NWT Free People maxi dress with a stretchy corset type of waist/midsection. The dress was bought, hung in a closet and never worn. Tag is intact and dress is in new condition of course. Has a dark chocolate brown color with a great off the shoulder look. The waist is right at 11” (flat measurement) with a great amount of stretch, and with a 47” length. From the bottom of the armpit area to the bottom of the dress is right at 40”. If you’re reading this, I hope that’s a good thing.
