It is almost a dolman sleeve. I.e. the sleeve starts 6” from the shoulder drop. Making it 20” from shoulder drop.
Hopefully that is clear. A cami or tank underneath allows it to be a slouchy fit, more than likely a slide off the shoulder type. The Neck hole is 14”
