@olive_15 Yes! Measurements were a little funky given that this is an untraditional neckline. The “underarm” measurement is 11.75” unstretched, 17” stretched all of the way. There’s lots of generosity here. The “neckline” measurement is 16”. It’s also very generous and can stretch. I would say it is sheer, not very noticeable at all if you just wore black shorts under. However you could probably tell if you were wearing bright pink undies, for example.
