Cute skirt from Free People Orange tone with print. Faux wrap style with ties at side. Center back zipper and hook at top of waist. Labeled size 2 but runs larger. Shown on size small dress form for reference. Seems like it is meant to sit a bit low on waist which it does on size small dress form. Waist approx. 28, see photo with measuring tape also. Skirt is new with tag attached, listing as preowned due to size label being incorrect.
