Adorable 100% cotton black and blue paisley and floral print, tiered gathered ruffled prairie dress with embroidery and adjustable straps and... POCKETS! Also has an adjustable waistline with drawstring ties on back. Bet this is vintage Free People because I think I owned this before middle or high school which is pre 2010.
