Free People Cream-Colored Party Dress

A creamy, sparkly little darling of a dress with rows of overlapping, gathered fabric from neck to hem. The sleeveless armholes and scoop neck are finished with cream-colored binding. The fabric for the layered rows is stretchy with tiny little gold flecks and is sewn to a polyester backing. The size doesn't appear to be listed on the tags, unless the SIP on the neck label means small/petite. I'll include measurements later. All my closet items are washed and cleaned before mailing out. No rips or stains were found.
