Free People Crinkled Tie Front Skirt

Beautiful skirt. Ties in front but it’s a faux opening as the skirt is under this fabric. Zipper in the back. Two slits which need mending. Size says 3 but please go by my measurements. Length 37”. Waist flat across one side 14”. Hips flat across one side 19”.
