@stroll32 I would say it fits like an XS/S - free people tends to run large so most of my bottoms from FP are XS or dresses in S.
but if it helps, I included some more photos with measurements and trying the skirt on! my measurements are roughly 26-27” in jeans, 125 pounds, 5”3’ and this skirt sits above my belly button (high waisted) to floor length
