Rosie's seems to have been shortened since hers only had one tier of ruffles on the bottom. This one also only has one tier. "Sleeveless, printed pointelle dress with ruffle tiered bottom. All preowned items may show signs of age and wear such as loose threads, minor pilling, etc. This one seems to have a couple of loose threads, especially because the brand tag has an intentional raw hem. Like I mentioned before, this one only has one tier of ruffles rather than the two layers in the stock photo, so it was probably shortened like Demi's was. Retailed for $128 back in 2008.
