This is a 2 piece set by Free People called Dalia Dreams. The sides of the shirt lace up and the back is pleated. The shirt is a high low style. The shirts have a zipper on the side for a cute flat front. Both pieces are in perfect condition and are new with tags, however the tag on the shirts has some light grey writing, there is a picture.

lbug3001 @ninichka11 here are the measurements, Top has 19 1/2" front length; 24 1/2" back length. Shorts have 2" inseam; 25" leg opening; 12" front rise; 16" back rise. 😊 I will get it out when I get home and see how much stretch it has.

lbug3001 Here is the material, based on this I would guess that it’s not stretchy - 60% viscose, 40% rayon.
