Fun, flowy and feminine! Plus, the most beautiful colors of blue imaginable. I love this dress but it is a little big on me and with the open back it hangs too low without the right fit. I bought it directly from Free People and took the tags off thinking I was going to wear it on a beach vacation, but didn’t end up bringing it after all. New condition. Never worn!
