The band around the waist measures 15" laying Flat so 30" all the way around and there is a little stretch since it is knit. The length from the shoulder to the bottom on the band is 21" without stretching it. It is a black knit with teal green outlined printed floral design and stems. It has a v neckline in the back as well. It is 100% polyester knit fabric and fairly lightweight and somewhat sheer. See pic. Really cute style and easy care top.Perfect for summer.
