Gorgeous and super cute blue dress/cover up from Free People. Reversible front/back for different neck-line styles. Not sure exactly what size it is, but it is designed to be loose so I would say would fit a size small or petite medium well. I have outgrown it, unfortunately. Perfect vacation dress for the beach or warm location!!
