Free People Dress NWT

Make me an offer!! Price not firm The most perfect hippie dress ever. Can also be worn as a tunic with leggings or pants. High neck and open back with a halter tie in the back. Bell sleeves with a different floral pattern at the bottom of the sleeves. I know it looks very dark in the first photos but *THIS DRESS IS NAVY BLUE* bought from another posher and didn’t realize.
