@hatterasgirlkim hi the pit to pit is 21” snd the sleeves do have elastic this is a beauty the pattern is one of the prettiest I’ve seen I’ve showed it in my live looks great with faux leather Leggins and I’m only 5” so can be worn as a dress the collar does the accent beautiful piece .

I need 23" ptp...is it stretchy at all? This pattern is unique and and eye catcher! It's hard to find patterns that work like this one does! I wish you could hold it for me, if it stretches? And yes, I am 5"2 and I would wear it with all different types of leggins!
