Worn once. Like new. No flaws/defects. This FP mini dress has an embellished stretchy cotton top, a beautiful cotton-laced empire waist, accompanied by a beautifully printed abstract art scroll design on cotton velvet skirt. Unfortunately I no longer fit in this dress. Measurements taken w/ dress laying on table (unstretched): Empire waist = 14"; R to L Armpit = 15.5"; Top seam of empire waist (above embellishments) to (a) top of shoulder strap = 11" & (b) bottom of skirt = 20".
