Hi there, I don’t have the exact measurements but I will say that the waist is highly adjustable because it’s elastic and there is a tie in back that can make it sit higher or lower depending on your height. The length is also something that can be adjusted as it’s a raw hem and could be cut. I’m generally a size S and 5’5” and it’s pretty long on almost hitting the floor but beautiful. Highly versatile/adjustable size wise
