It is a tunic length piece, but can be worn as a mini dress as well. It's a sleeveless piece that has adjustable tie straps on the shoulders, low/loose fitting armholes, shirttail hem(a high-low), tiered skirt, & a flowy and loose (almost a-line) bodice. Such an adorable piece for summer, & would be great as a beach cover up as well! *Women's Size: medium *Approx.
