Cream or Winter White lacy blouse. Raglan sleeves with poet arm. Elastic at wrist is comfortable and allows a hold pushed up to elbow. An undergarment is not necessary because folds really keep it from being too see-through, IMO. Material is not scratchy like typical lace. Just a very pretty blouse. No flaws.
