Free People Floral &a Lace Tunic

Navy Blue cotton tunic by Free People. Dark Floral print, open lace at bust and lace trim at waist. Back has a waist tie. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Tunic length can be worn with leggings, or as a mini dress if you're very petite. Double layer at "skirt". Side seam has opened up but could easily be stitched. See picture.
