@chiwas2 updated listing, sleeves are adjustable with ruching ties, neckline has ties at the back so the shoulders can be adjusted as well tying that tighter or looser will allow for on or off the shoulders look and also would adjust the length of the sleeves slightly. Inside slip hangs about 3/4 inch longer. For reference I'm a xs / s normally in fp and this fits me like the picture, I have it in another color.
