@lorifahrnow12 hello there! it has a little bit of stretch to it, and has a bunch of stretch in the elastic band near the lower back (which will give you more stretch in the waist). The cuffs are elastic as well, giving it more stretch there too. The material is 69% viscose, 29% polyester, 4% elastane. I hope this helps, and I appreciate your interest! 😊
