Free People Green Floral Button Down Fitted Tunic Dress

Worn a handful of times! Would love to find it a new home! Definitely still in great condition but NOTE: there is a decent amount of pilling throughout the dress and some fraying on the fabric ties. I’d call it a tunic dress as it does fall short. I am nearly 5’6 and as you can see, it’s pretty short. I always wore bike shorts under it. Features brown buttons down the front side, an open back with tie at neck, a slight puff sleeve at shoulder, and a peplum detail at hem. Size 4/fits like XS
