100% viscose Green with 2 ties in the back for adjustment. One at the neck and one at the lower back. An XS but might work as a Small. Varying lengths at the bottom with fray all around. Worn twice for a wedding and graduation. No trades please, but price negotiable The woman at Free People said the tassels would probably unravel eventually, but could be fixed with wire wrapping (from any craft store)
