Free People Halter Top/Dress | XS

Fun FREE PEOPLE halter top (or dress for a very petite, slim woman.). The criss-cross ties and elasticized low back make it work for a variety of body types & sizes. I am NOT an XS in any brand, more of a medium, so this can size down or up several sizes. I wore it once last summer so it’s practically new. I gained some weight so I’m letting it go. No damage or flaws. Wear it with cutoffs, a cute hat and great sandals and you’re good to go for any summer concert or festival! ;) No smoke, no pets, no fake fragrances household.
