Free People Hello Lover Dress

The cutest mini dress. It is really comfortable, and the material is so soft. Will fit someone who wears an xs or small. I bought it for a party and wore it once. The dress is so flowy and relaxed, but can be dressed up or down with thigh high boots or sneakers. You can wear it with tights too. I had the back sewn up (as shown) so that the dress would be too exposed. Make an offer :)
