Reposhing this item I purchased from @jennithrift. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Never worn since it did not fit. I Purchased a size L from a differed posher. It is a beautiful button down blouse with puff sleeves. Great for a night out or casual fit. It is true to size but would probably fit better on a frame with a smaller chest.
