The tag says XS but your post says Small, is it actually an extra small?

@juliekukral Ohh, okay I see. On the Free people website it says the waist is 27" for a size small, would you say that's true, or do you happen to know the width of the waist?

@hopefowler1234 if you want to wear it low rise (as it’s intended), I’d say it’s a true 27. I’m usually between a 26-27, 26 if it’s high waisted and has some stretch in the hips. It was bigger than expected, but I usually prefer to wear skirts mid-rise. Hope this helps!
