This is comfy material! Lacy part is sheer. It is a gray-ish color. There are some loose threads throughout due to the nature of the fabric, see photos. Loose fit. All brand and size tags have been cut. But it looks to be about a size Medium. Not sure on the brand because tags are cut but it has the look of Free People brand, very boutique-chic. Good preowned condition, no holes or stains.
