This dress is a new with tags, so no flaws. It has a double layered chest area. The waist is elastic and the sleeves have a bow detail on the bottom. It does have a high low style with a one layered bottom. The pattern has a purple and fiery orange floral pattern. The stock photo shows it as a dress, but I believe it would be better as a tunic paired with leggings or jeans.
