I was once called “you come in here looking all princess like” when I wore this to a batchlorette party weekend. It’s a beautiful light blue like a flower, and has a super feminine flair to it. It’s elastic around the waist (or lower waist) and has adjustable straps, but I never wore the straps on top. It’s true you will feel like a princess. Could fit someone from size 8-12 even though it says medium.

@kellyandryleigh yes, I preferred it off the shoulders (and the straps hidden under my arms) but it’s still very pretty when it’s over the shoulder, even 1/2 off the shoulder.
