Free People Liv Loafer 8.5 feels US 9

Free People Liv Loafer Genuine leather, Black, Size US 8.5 but feels like US 9 Purchased $128 on Zappos.com I am usually size US 8.5 sometime US 9 or EU 39, M width This loafer was too loose for me. I tried them on and thought it's a very comfortable pair with enough room in the front area. So I threw away the box and wore it outside, very good walking shoes and in style. Lots of compliments. However, it was SLIGHTLY TOO BIG for me. I used thin insole and felt pads to adjust the size, but didn't work that well. If you are size US 9 and looking for a comfortable loafer that is in style this Fall/Winter, this would be the one. I only wore it for 3 times so it's in great almost new condition. But unfortunately, when I removed the felt tongue pad, the adhesive on the back removed some of the top layer of the tongue. It's invisible when worn, and not sticky.
