XS Free People Long Sleeved Velvet Dress Tunic. For some it may be too short to wear as a dress. In which case it makes a lovely tunic. Perfect condition. Velvet still feels like new. I don't recall if I've ever worn this dress but I think I may have once or twice. Beautiful ornate design on the velvet. I love this dress!!
