Very Gently Used, Free People Long sleeve, tunic/dress For reference, I am 5'2 and I wore this as a shorter dress or put leggings on underneath for a longer tunic Buttons all function and there is a tie at the waist Sz XS but has a large amount of stretch and could fit up to an XL easily.
